registered process server services

Process servers are needed for many different tasks such as filing papers with the court, serving legal documents and retrieving document. Their main duties are to deliver or “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. After serving any legal documents a process server has to deliver actual proof that the legal papers were served. The verification offered is referred to as an affidavit of service or proof of service, which must be notarized and then given to the person or company who required the papers to be served. Process servers are legally required to serve papers in compliance to the laws of their state. Process serving laws differ by state, so each individual process server may have a distinctive way of carrying out the process according to these laws.
