Andre Andersen
My name is Andre Andersen, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of California. I began my notary business in 2015 as a Mobile Notary and was first commissioned on December 10, 2015. Since then, I have provided professional, reliable, and detail-oriented notary services to individuals, families, businesses, students, veterans, and members of the San Diego community.
I am a wartime United States Navy veteran (1994–2005) and have lived in San Diego for over 24 years. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to assist a wider range of clients with professionalism and respect.
In addition to my notary work, I have served as an Information Technology professor at several San Diego–area colleges since 2005, teaching thousands of students who have gone on to rewarding careers. I have also completed Loan Signing training to strengthen the notary services I provide, and I am a proud member of the National Notary Association.
My goal is to make the notarization process clear, efficient, and convenient. Whether you need a mobile notary, assistance with loan signing documents, or general notarial services, I take pride in providing careful, trustworthy service while following California notary laws and requirements. Making sure my customers' notary needs are met is my passion — and I strive to uphold that reputation every day.

What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is a public officer appointed by the state government. The primary duty is to assist in preventing fraud by witnessing signatures and verifying the authenticity of documents.
I am a certified Notary Public commissioned by the California Secretary of State, with extensive experience as a Mobile Notary in San Diego and surrounding cities — providing round-the-clock notarial services at the location of the customer's choice.
